Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Reveuse will Accept Returns on these conditions only:

  • The Reveuse Perfumes should be returned within 5 days of the purchase.
  • The Perfumes or Attar or Hair Oil should be in their original packaging.
  • A proper sale invoice/bill should be attached to the product.

The following items cannot be “returned”:

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Sale items are “FINAL SALE” and cannot be returned.
  • The supply of Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • If our goods are marked as Gifts when purchased.
  • And, in the case of “Cash on Delivery”.

Return Process:

To return a Reveuse Product or Goods, please email us at (reveuseperfumes007@gmail.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the Return number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your “Proof of Purchase/Sale Invoice” and mail us to the registered business address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Please Note:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your “return”. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
